Platinum VIP Style Awards 2026: All Ten Winners
Laura Fox, Dáithí Ó Sé and a Best Dressed win for Celia Holman Lee — the full list from Ireland's most glamorous night, at the InterContinental Dublin.
Twenty-three years in, the VIP Style Awards have settled into something Ireland does not have much of: a fixed point in the calendar where the whole business of getting dressed is taken entirely seriously for one night, and then laughed about for a fortnight afterwards.
The Night
The Platinum VIP Style Awards 2026 were held on Saturday 16 May 2026 at the InterContinental Dublin in Ballsbridge — the twenty-third edition of the awards, hosted by Jennifer Zamparelli and photographed by Brian McEvoy. Ten categories were decided by public vote, with VIP Magazine reporting more than 100,000 votes cast across them.
Platinum Expert Hair returned as title sponsor for a fifth consecutive year. RTÉ characterised the room's collective output as running from chic Nineties minimalism to flamboyant maximalism — bespoke pieces, sustainable ensembles and, by its own account, a few last-minute outfits.

Best Dressed: Celia Holman Lee
The night's most quietly satisfying result went to Celia Holman Lee, who took Best Dressed on the Night — and who was, characteristically, precise about why she had worn what she wore.

She has been arguing a version of the same case for decades, and put it plainly in the same column: fashion is one thing, but style is deeply personal, and for her it is a medium for telling the story of who you are. She added that she thought the people of Limerick recognised that storytelling in her — which, on the evidence of a national public vote, rather more than Limerick did.
A note on what everyone else wore
We are not going to guess. The red-carpet galleries published by VIP, Stellar, Goss.ie, the Dublin Gazette and RTÉ carry names but no designer credits, and no milliner is named for any attendee anywhere in the coverage. Celia Holman Lee's Phoenix V gown and Azure jewellery are the only outfit attributions on the record, because she supplied them herself. Anything else you read attributing a designer to a winner from this night is, at time of writing, unsourced.
The Shape of the Thing
What keeps the VIP Style Awards interesting, against the general run of style awards, is that the public decides. That produces results a judging panel would rarely reach — a broadcaster winning Style Icon, a woman in her seventies taking Best Dressed against a room of people forty years younger — and it makes the list a genuinely useful read on where Irish taste actually is, rather than where an industry thinks it ought to be.
